The initial install was delayed due to the tornado touchdown of March 2020. In addition, I purchased one additional window that was going to be used on the garage once it was rebuilt from the tornado damage. Since then American Home Design has ceased communications with me so they left me with no choice but to at least file an official complain on their company. I have attached email correspondence as well as the email from my general contractor with the historic overlays response.
After talking to our salesman we did not get the other two quotes. The speed of construction, lifetime warranty and how easy to open or remove windows sold us. There was a slight wait time till our project was able to begin but the installer showed up on a Monday with one helper, worked Mon. The electrician came Monday and got it wired then just waited on the state inspector. So after a week of work we had our 12x20 sunroom.

Everybody from the sales to the installers were great...we are very happy. We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. This service professional has passed the HomeAdvisor screening process. GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf.
Because of the pandemic, we were told that there may be a delay in getting the windows in stock. After waiting several months and checking with the company periodically, we discovered that the service manager had left the company. The new manager told us in late January that the windows were in and that they can be installed on February 15, 2022. In the meantime, two other windows started having the same leakage problem so they agreed to inspect them when they came for the installation. Today, February 15, 2022, the technician appears at our door without the windows and informs us that he just came to inspect the other windows.

On June 10, 2020, we purchased replacement windows from American Home Design. A year later, we noticed after a particularly long rain spell, that the windows were leaking. Streaks of dirty water were noted at the bottom of the windows. We contacted American Home Design and they came to the house to inspect. They agreed that all 3 double windows were not installed correctly and they agreed to order new windows and install them.

Filling my fish pond no longer requires extra chemicals to keep the fish safe. Sends out fraudulent "surveys" that have nothing to do with their company claiming to recieve a gift card for reutrning the survey. We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.

We had a few hiccups along the way but American Home Design were proactive in getting answers and solutions. The workmanship of the installation and subsequent follow up was excellent. All aspects of sales call to installation and follow up were wonderful. Followed up to be sure I was happy with the installation. We are following the CDC guidelines in order to keep our employees and customers safe.

We verify any applicable state-level licenses, and we require every business to attest that they carry the appropriate local licensing to practice their trade. American Home Design can perform a free in-home water test to show you exactly what’s in your water and recommend RainSoft systems to dramatically improve it. We are so pleased with everything concerning our new windows and sliding glass doors. I especially want to compliment the two men who actually did the work.
