The crew arrived when scheduled, and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. We are now pleased with an attractive, secure entry door that is fully functional for the first time. We had new windows installed....love the windows.
The shower is good but the toilet was not installed right and leaked. Everything was good at first but a smell started and after awhile we discovered the toilet had been leaking and the subfloor was soaking it up. We called the company And after a month they came out and put a new ring on and then tightened the toilet. They said they would come back out to replace it. It took two months and someone finally came out but the floor had dried and there was mold. The contractor sanded the mold and painted the floor from underneath and said that was authorized.

Very professional installers that performed task of walk-in shower downstairs and new tub/shower upstairs.
The initial install was delayed due to the tornado touchdown of March 2020. In addition, I purchased one additional window that was going to be used on the garage once it was rebuilt from the tornado damage. Since then American Home Design has ceased communications with me so they left me with no choice but to at least file an official complain on their company. I have attached email correspondence as well as the email from my general contractor with the historic overlays response.

American Home Design did a fabulous job on our bathroom. Removed an old fiberglass tub/shower and replaced it with a walk in shower with glass doors. The communication, professionalism, and installation was as good as it gets. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend the services of American Home Design to anyone considering a project that fits their services. We had a few hiccups along the way but American Home Design were proactive in getting answers and solutions. The workmanship of the installation and subsequent follow up was excellent. All aspects of sales call to installation and follow up were wonderful. Followed up to be sure I was happy with the installation. We are following the CDC guidelines in order to keep our employees and customers safe.
